The AUK-CIO medical electrolytic salt method hypochlorous acid generator is a device that uses a double diaphragm method to electrolyze and dilute sodium chloride (NaCl) solution to produce hypochlorous acid solution.
The electrolytic power supply adopts a DC power supply with a voltage not exceeding 24V or 36V. In an electrolytic cell with special electrode plates (titanium based coated rare metal oxides of ruthenium, rhodium, iridium, and platinum), dilute saltwater with a predetermined concentration is electrolyzed to produce hypochlorous acid solution. All units of the system are centrally controlled by PLC and equipped with LCD touch screens. Users can understand the current operating status of the system and control various functions through touch operations. The system has automatic detection and protection functions, and can operate fully automatically. It is stable, reliable, easy to operate, and safe.

Mechanism of action: Oxidation and chlorination of pathogens interfere with the synthesis of DNA and RNA, causing protein coagulation and denaturation of pathogens, thereby interfering with the activity of pathogen enzyme systems, affecting their metabolism, increasing cell membrane permeability, causing enzyme and nutrient loss, pathogen dissolution and rupture, and ultimately killing pathogens.

1. Water god hypochlorous acid water shall not contain any additives or other substances (strictly prohibited from being mixed with other chemical agents);
2. Hypochloric acid water is mainly used for disinfection and sterilization. It is not recommended to drink it. If you feel unwell after accidentally drinking it, it is recommended to seek medical examination;
3. The power cord must be inserted into a standard three hole AC socket that is effectively grounded with standard wires, otherwise it may cause fire or electric shock;
4. Do not operate this machine or plug in or unplug power sockets with wet hands, as there is a risk of electric shock;
5. Hypochloric acid water is a chlorine containing disinfectant. If allergic to chlorine gas, use with caution;
6. When using the hypochlorous acid water disinfectant generated by this equipment for disinfection treatment, it should be prepared on site;
When the effective chlorine concentration of hypochlorous acid disinfectant is below 10% of the standard, it is recommended to stop using it and notify the after-sales service unit for handling;
When the pH value of hypochlorous acid disinfectant is below 3.5, it is recommended to stop using it and notify the after-sales service unit for handling.
